Welcome to
photocons, your one-stop shop for graphics made from photography. Graphics featured in this community will feature images from photography. It can be from stock, artistic, design, personal, fashion, scenic, or any various other types. It is encouraged that celebrity, movie, magazine, and media graphics be posted at other communities like celebicons or icons. While 'icon' is in the name, this is a place for all graphics. Banners, wallpapers, headers, etc are all welcome alongside icons and avatars. Anyone can post, as long as you follow the simple guidelines below.
rules and guidelines.- Unless your entry has sharable graphics in it, it doesn't belong here.
- No more than five 100x100 icons OR one image under 300x300 pixels outside of an LJ Cut. For example icons posts, please see these entries.
- Please credit icon makers, if they ask for it.
- Do no request icons or ask questions in this community. Please go to icon_help or creaticon for that.
- Only post icons that you made. Do not repost icons made by others under no circumstances.
- Be civil. No trolling, bashing, harassing, or spamming other icon makers.
- Promotions are alright, as long as they relate to icons or photography. However, posts asking for members, posters, requests for/at personal graphic communities are not allowed.
- Linking to another post with icons/graphics alongside teasers is perfectly alright. If you are linking to a locked post, place a warning in your post.
- Do try to tag your post using existing tags.
The moderator has the right to delete any posts and/or comments that break any of the above rules without notice or explanation.
